The JA Method Program
The JA Method Program
JA Method Starter Package
Build the skills. Create the change.
This package is for anyone starting the JA Method and ready to approach weight loss differently—not through another restrictive diet, but by learning the skills needed for lasting change.
Over three months, we work together on the three pillars of the JA Method:
- Calorie awareness: Understand portions and the energy content of the foods you eat without weighing every bite or giving up the foods you love.
- Mindful eating: Learn to recognize hunger, fullness, cravings, emotional eating, and the reasons behind your eating.
- Psychological skills: Use practical CBT-based tools to work through the thoughts, habits, and emotions that can interfere with progress.
You will use the JA Method app to log your food in a simplified way. I review your log and help you identify where changes can be made. Rather than prescribing a meal plan, we work together to build an eating structure and habits that fit your life.
We meet weekly during the first month, then approximately every two weeks as you become more independent.
Sessions may be online or in person.
Package includes
8 individual sessions valid for 3 months

Testimonials
I truly appreciated Dr. Antoun’s down to earth and genuine approach. Your honest sharing of your experiences helps set the stage for genuine sharing in a non judgmental manner within the group. The fact that you are highly approachable and regularly respond while also leaving room for participants to set their own pace without pushing change has been amazing. It was just the right balance between your follow up and our personal accountability and decisions that I feel makes the lessons learned more appealing for application.
I’ve seen many nutritionists and tried countless diets, but I truly love the JA method. It has freed me from constantly thinking and worrying about food, allowing me to enjoy treats like cake or chocolate without guilt. I have learned that there are no good or bad foods— all food can be nutritious. This approach is helping me reframe everything I thought I knew about weight loss. I’ve discovered that it’s possible to check in with myself during or even before/ after a binge. I can pause, reflect, and accept setbacks as part of my journey.
